They’ve updated the internal components of the app, & changed the S&S screen. You have to go through way too many channels just to get back to “deliveries” or “subscribe & save” within the S&S screen. Please put it back like it was. I don’t need to see a full horizontal screen breakdown of upcoming deliveries just to alter my subscription’s. It’s ugly and annoying. Y’all break almost everything y’all touch. This is why I don’t update my app. UPDATE: May 14, 2026 Even the latest interface sucks. Please stop messing with the page layout for regular price/ order now vs S&S comparison. This is a business owners nightmare. June 1, 2026 Can’t add items to cart w/o disabling haptic for entire phone due to Amazons intentional intrusions. July 12, 2026: The app is built to delete the "Important messages about items in your Cart" alert box the moment you interact with it. There is no hidden menu, no "undo" button, and no customer service trick that can bring that specific list back once it vanishes. Fix that instead of breaking their features that worked perfectly fine before you changed them.

I don’t think it’s possible to call Amazon customer service using this app. (I’ve spent the past hour trying to do so, caught in an endless loop of prompts.) I suspect calling them, or getting a callback, is something you can only do using desktop. I hope I’ve saved you from some frustration.

I bought a product that I didn’t like all and I asked to return it and they denied the return.

I am having to use this app more than ever now for my businesses and cannot go 5 minutes without having to relaunch it. It’ll start glitching by not showing pics, lagging and eventually crashing therefore making something that should take 15 minutes into a 20-25 minute ordeal.

The audacity to install a subpar ai to the shopping search bar with no option to remove it. To think you’re entitled to our money and our time waiting for your ridiculous service to suggest the incorrect items is beyond comprehension. I have cancelled my subscription. I urge everyone who cares about themselves, their money and their time to do the same. Enough is enough!

Despite signing in with my business email and password, it repeatedly tells me I’m signed in with my personal account. Useless app. Also, THERE IS ALREADY AN APP. Why in the world do we need two duplicate apps (that do not work) for the same thing?!

Good luck finding your way around. Unlike the regular Amazon App, this one is absolutely terrible

I added 20+ items to the cart, the system auto checkout the order. I reached out to support to cancel the order and was told that system will place order automatically if you add more than 15 items to the cart. This time I carefully added items to the cart and checkout manually again. Amazon blocked my account and canceled my order. My business was verified yesterday now they are asking for the same llc documents.

I haven’t ordered anything off of this site after trying several times my payments keep failing and then they work perfect on Amazon regularly

Worst possible service ever!!

Tried to disable new Alexa AI feature, and was unable to. I was struggling to ethically continue to use this app, and now it’s forcing me to use AI to do basic searches. What an absolute waste of resources! I don’t need to deplete the local water table for a data center to tell me to buy these measuring cups when basic searches engines work. Shame on you Amazon! Shame!
