They are the worse at delivering packages, stayed home from work to get my package, never left. They don’t even get out the vehicle took a picture from the parking lot and said couldn’t deliver package. Day 2 I sent up a delivery time and the driver came before that time and sent the same photo from the day before. So I called and talk to the manager and a supervisor for fedex and they assured me that my package would be delivered in two hour, n if it was to contact them. And they said ok thank you for letting us know. Now they called me saying that the driver is back in the office and isn’t coming out anymore today to deliver packages. Can I pick up my package from a store two hours away, or they deliver it tomorrow, which won’t work cause tomorrow I work a double which is 16hrs. They need to be shut down cause they are TERRIBLE, at doing there job, I hate when someone sends me packages through frdex, this isn’t the first time either, I e been staying in my apartment 7yrs and this has happened numerous times since I’ve lived and still the same BS.

Only ai why can’t I talk to a real person

Driver tried to deliver to the wrong house I have waited all day in order to sign for this package. Have been notified that package will be delivered tomorrow. Please advise the driver to go to the correct house. We have packages delivered often with no problem

Push notifications don’t work for people that don’t use the app frequently enough to log back into it when it logs you out. Why does the login session expire? Who knows. I haven’t picked apart a cookie to see if that’s why. I shouldn’t have to. Maybe it’s a prescribed expiration time, maybe it’s from app updates. The net result is what matters—you cannot rely on this app to notify you for your Delivery Manager push notifications. Set it to email or SMS.

The app will not allow you to use the Send Updates feature for either text or email. It throws an error every time (“the action you requested cannot be completed. Please try again”). The app is not as good as the UPS app insofar as the map feature. The UPS app allows you more freedom to use the map tracker. While UPS allows it before the arrival window, you must wait until you are in the arrival window for the map to be ready. I have missed deliveries because of this issue.

Keeps logging me out everytime I open the app, and it shows me other peoples packages that don’t have my name. This app is absolute garbage

Managing push vs text notifications should not be this difficult. I’ve updated it several times and still it defaults to push. Tried on both the app and through a browser. Everything else seems fine.

Every time

Hires trash criminals to handle your packages and come to your residence. Hires racists who are caught on camera saying “sucks being white.” You know what truly sucks? Being a Puerto Rican getting charged with a hate crime.

The app is horrible!!! I don’t know what the problem is with it . Every time I exit out of the app it signs me out of it. Plus it glitches and refreshes all the time
