ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team. - All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app. - This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account / iPay Statements, and select products outside the US (ask your employer). Key Employee Features: • View pay & W2 statements • View & request time off • Track time & attendance o Punch in/out o Create timesheets o Update, edit, & approve time cards • View pay card accounts • View benefit plan information • Contact colleagues • Offers for ADP and third-party products and services Key Manager Features: • Approve time cards • Approve time off • View team calendars • View executive dashboards Security: • All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers • All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted • All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted • Username and password protected • Login sessions time out from inactivity • Accounts locked out with excessive login failures • Fast and easy login with Touch ID or Face ID • Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords Investment options are available through the applicable entities for each retirement product. Investment options in the “ADP Direct Products” are available through ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc. (“ADP BD”), Member FINRA, an affiliate of ADP, INC, One ADP Blvd, Roseland, NJ 07068 (“ADP”) or (in the case of certain investments), ADP directly. I made my password on the website using an ! But on the app it says it’s an invalid character. It lets me log in on the website but now the app
Do not recommend using this app
Can’t scroll down and look at your time card. It’s always glitching. For the amount of updates that this thing requires you’d think that issue would be addressed
The quick clock function constantly loses time punches. It’ll show a green check like it took, then logging in later shows the punch is missing. The app likes to randomly hang as well.
This app literally never works. Almost every time I try to log on it says “the app is unavailable right now”. If by some miracle I can log in, the clock in and out feature almost never works, and requires me to close out of and open the app several times to get it to work. Clocking in and out should not be a 5 minute troubleshooting problem every single time. Additionally, the app seems to frequently forget I allowed the face recognition feature for logging in. This happens every day or two. I have to verify with a code in my email, login, find the Face ID option in settings and turn it on again. Almost every other day. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve had to manually contact HR to get my time corrected because this app never works like it should.
Rarely works the first time you open the app. Regularly need to open and close it for it to load the main features of the app. I wish I wasn't forced to use it for work. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
When it works, it’s great. Unfortunately, it is a hit or miss effort, despite deleting, reinstalling, etc.
The app hardly works, errors out at the most inconvenient times.
Whoever developed this app and is maintaining it the way it is should be embarrassed but the employers who pay to use it should be even more embarrassed. The worst app.
Just worthless, I try to log in, doesn’t find me, work in the web site it’s just terrible and not friendly
If you’re an employer please consider a different service to pay your employees. Adp has 0 customer service and will offer 0 help when it comes to questions or concerns.
If your company uses this for your time card, make sure you double check your hours because it will short you a half hour here or there. It also is super buggy and sometimes won’t let you scroll up. They need to fix this.
