Always have same problem cash out issue, drivers always need money for family but uber cash out system is crazy most time dosent let driver to cash out their money 😡

These companies genuinely look at you as less than just for doing it and they make it so they can suck as much money out of you while you get scraps. Everything that you see is carefully curated so that you want to keep trying to make deliveries while keeping you from that goal. Boycott. Also their support is as rude as they are incompetent.

Ubers new strategy when tip is more reduce the fair . I had a delivery yesterday which paid $13.23 tip they gave me fare of only 2 dollars . Yea why do they have to pay us when we are making so much in tip . So basically suck it up give one hundred percent on tips by giving 10 percent of the total fair . Nicely done uber hope you guys get better profits and incentives on this .

The GPS when the ride when we’re on the ride, it is working but when we are waiting for rides, it is not working. It’s not following the GPS. It’s not following the GPS location of my phone. It is just upset. It is really really frustrating and I do not like this last update.

Every process is simple instructions. It seems easy to start the first few details to get through the process. Then you get to a restaurant and the order was picked up and uber says you did incorrectly the next day review. The maps are updated and easy to follow if you can see it between new deliveries and new ride requests navigating through multiple lanes and multiple exit options. Until you are familiar with where you are going in an environment you have been numerous times, it can be frustrating. The complaint on this part of the app is if the navigation is not where you are in traffick when passing the space it is a 11 or 20 mile detour that time is in consideration. The app will then accuse you of doing fraud, when it has an obsolescence. This is part driver error, app error at times, and the simple busy dynamic of the work. The riders are usually decent or wonderful and at times can be uncomfortable. The tips are not that good when you start and the app suggests when you have done 600 plus trips with a certain quotient the fare and tips will be more sufficient. The fare in blue or gold status are at or nearly par with cost of driving. Fares can be 60 cents per mile on a 90 cent to $1.40 mile secondary cost concept. So my usual intent of vehicle is $1.50 on average or even $2.50 per mile cost concept and I factor a $0.90 per mile and rarely get that rate on secondary doing this. There are times I get frequent $1.05 to maybe $1.12 a mile but the usual is 3.4 to 21 miles to get to the pickup location. When doing deliveries it is frequent activity for small amounts but it adds up and you don’t have to talk to many people, providing more healthy activity for a sedentary human. The rides do not require any movement in and out of vehicle but you might have conversation which is actually exhausting at times. The shop and deliver can be frustrating if they store is difficult to work with. A little to get used to even when you know to store and for a person whom used to really enjoy the grocery store whom never goes and cannot stand to be in there it does create a dynamic with the variety that you almost remember why you enjoyed it so much. Plus who knew the grocery store told so many stories even when shopping alone. The income when you have extra time and don’t want to spend money or do things to keep your necessity for activity that is boring with no money or expensive with money offsets the cost or improves a humans status having some additional income. Obviously extra money for people whom have cost associated things to do with their time. The driver ratings and measurements can be frustrating when they aren’t good and little notice when they are decent. We did discuss this concept of compensation to cost early before uber existed and decided that only allowing limo driver status was not reasonable as we need the correct person and not a seasoned practiced incorrect person overbidding the decisions to do such. The decision was people like good personal economy and would prefer a less experienced for cost savings and we needed the correct person to be doing the work. The initial concept of uber from the like 1920 original patent was how to get the younger x generation to do the work correctly and the style was in consideration of how the younger better lifestyle than the prior generations lifestyle is style concept and intent. It is critical for the correct people to be doing their correct work even if infrequent in the correct way keeping their skills healthy and not allowing incorrect way overtake well designed concepts.

Pay attention to the agents and how they reply. All agent reply with the same paragraph. Pretty much word for word. After their name. To end with the same paragraph about. How they are sorry for the inconvenience and how they can’t help. Pay attention and look at your old help list. And see if its not all the same

Please offer customers a thumbs-up option for food and parcel deliveries in addition to tips. Customers can't find this feature and only see a thumbs-down! This is why my rating is dropping! I process orders very quickly and efficiently, but lately my rating is falling, not growing. Please do this!

I love driving for uber but it’s nearly impossible to get to somewhere with the traffic and street lights so my on time rate is always to low to get to a better tier

Uber Chicago takes up to 70-80% what customers pay, it's just the bottom, earnings fall to horror, 12 hours you work, eat like 150-200 gasoline, consumption, food, insurance and depreciation of the car, Uber is just a nightmare, it's the worst company I've ever worked for
