下記のレビュー出してから珍しく暫く調子良かったけど、アプデ入ったあたりから再び繋がらず。 2,3週間くらい気長に待ってるけどそろそろ直ってほしい… ---------- 使えないことが多い。今までは検出できずに使えないことが頻発してたけど、今回のアプデの後からは検出できるのに接続できない。 スリープから反応はするので一瞬は接続できているようだけど、操作は全くできない。 使えない状態の方が使える状態を上回るのでは？と思うくらい使えない…使える時は便利

すごい！右に移動の＞を押しても全く動かない。仕方ないから何回か押すと動くきます。ただその後謎の挙動をして、勝手に２０個くらい右に移動したあと戻れなくなったりと使えません。

全く動かない。

Fire TV 4K Select を購入。 合わせて本アプリをインストールしたが、何度やってもFire TVが検出されない。 Wi-FiもAmazonアカウントも、スティック側とアプリ側で同じものを使用。 スティックのOSアップデート、再起動を数回実施。 アプリの再インストール、スマホの再起動も実施。 それでも一向に検出されない。 スマホ内の動画ミラーリングにも使いたいのに、そもそも機器を検出できない。 こんなに手間をかけさせて、一向に解決しないとは、★マイナスという評価があるならつけたいくらい。奪った時間を返して。

純正リモコンが一日で電池がなくなる不具合が続いて使い物にならないのでこのアプリに頼っている状態。 こんなんだからprime辞めるんだよ、Amazonしっかりして欲しい。

Witty inventive but me

this app is useful when you lose your remote, but it doesn’t work al the time. seriously, you cannot scroll left and right on it without hitting a button- PLEASE FIX THIS. also, why is there NO PRIME VIDEO BUTTOM. There’s an app for literally everything else. also the scroll does not work on this page either when you’re reordering your apps.

Dear Amazon, if people need to spend 2 mins just to find and connect to a Firestick everyone they open this app then it is practically useless. Also guess what, most homes have dual band WiFi . Don’t expect the customer to figure out which band a device is connected to . Did AI build or test this garbage? Use some cues from Google TV app. Works flawlessly.EVERYTIME
