Real great at lowering your acceptance rate because you decline ordered that are delivered to military base because you don’t have the proper identification to get on as well as stealing money from you

Said my backround check was available and to finish singing up after the email but all it does is open the app and do nothing, its been like two weeks

The unreasonable amount of time the app gives you to drop off food is dangerous. If you dont drive absolutely perfect you will be punished by the algorithm. Dont run the red light? LATE!

I keep hitting time violations, and when I go to dispute them in the app, it says my dispute are rejected because I don’t report why the orders are late when I report multiple times per order if it’s late. I’ve even experienced receiving multiple violations back to back for accepting orders that were already late before I accepted them and also during these I would make multiple reports that they’re and my disputes to the contract violations would still be denied.

App no longer functions properly, keeps freezing and cannot even get help in the app because that does not work either. The entire help section is frozen and does not work. I dread even using this app because there is no way to contact support if the app is not working. Also, No way to update your personal information in the app (nor website) either. This app was much more functional before all the updates

Why I keep getting order from all paused stores. Why can’t you stop paused stores from sending orders?

You have to virtually work 24hours, or extremely long shifts to make any decent wages. I spend 25% of my pay just on gas. Suspicions of vehicle tampering while delivering, intentionally incorrect directions that leave you wandering, as if you much know where you are at all times or else you will succumb to wandering, which tallies your account. Intentional social situations created by the app just to see how you react and handle things, poor wages for the means of time, money, energy, and resources needed for this job. You virtually have to work 24hours shifts to make a decent wage. GPS intentionally misdirects you places, as if you’re supposed to just know where everything is, if not intentionally directing you to incorrectly to waste time, gas, and resources needed to obtain consistent wages. Wandering due to such creates facades data to your account, which penalizes your account. Inconsistent offer wages, penalties for declining such lowball rates which further denotes your account. “Private Investigators” creating unsafe driving situations to test drivers, making accidents happen intentionally in ways you have to be a very skillful driver to avoid further harm to yourself and your belongings. This is the second attempt to write a review, since Apple Play Store must of not liked all that I was writing, so this is my attempt to retype all of such things again, despite my first response was heavily worded and more detailed than this, as I attempt to quickly write this one before they do it again. I could say soo much more but I’m afraid it’ll just get deleted again.

Order disappeared and my dash randomly ended. Can’t wait for DoorDash to crash and burn

honestly, you just make about gas money had a order that deducted some of my pay, and the guy didn’t even give me the money just walked inside had ones where the map is wrong and you have to go out of your way to find it this so makes doing this so stressful they are not helpful they do not wanna help you if you call to get help they will hang up on you 1 star it wouldn’t even get that if i could do 0

I’ve been trying to complete my DoorDash signup, but my background check has been stuck processing for over a year. On top of that, I’ve been unable to contact support because the app keeps freezing, going to a black screen, or crashing every time I try to open the support chat. This has been happening all week, making it impossible to get help or an update on my account. I hope DoorDash fixes these app issues and improves customer support for applicants experiencing delays.

You get to remove one Restaurant from the gold and you get to remove restaurants if you’re at the platinum and the app isn’t allowing me to remove the one Restaurant on gold and I’ve been on the phone for an hour. Nobody knows what they’re doing. They’re not removing first they said I’m gonna move the one Restaurant from orders from Little Caesars I’m not gonna pick up a little Caesars cause you have to take the pizza out of oven and burn

Can’t earn money consistently. The app always has bugs and support is horrible. To whoever reads this review, please file a complaint against door dash and let’s all work together so that they can pay us better. They’re taking advantage of all of us.
