They're very nice
I was having a problem with the app to book a room. So I called the number. And your representative that answered was very hard to understand. Because I speak English, and the other person was doing their best. Which wasn’t that good. After having to have her repeat herself multiple times and when it came to the price of the room, it was higher than what was posted on my app and her response was for me to reboot my Internet because prices changed. At this point, I have had enough and told her goodbye. I look up my member number and was able to book my room at the price that was shown on the app not the higher price. She was trying to charge me. If this happens again, I might have to find me a new favorite hotel.
Great place for a summer vacation
The app is super fast and easy to use!
The account tab does not work. It loads forever and then it crashes.

I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional website & app for a hotel. Between both it’s quite impossible to use functions as intended. If I’m trying to book a specific Hotel and view rooms, that should be a feature that actually works. If I’m trying to link my American Airlines account, that feature should also work. Using a hotel website should not be this hard. I do not have this issue with competitor hotels! If I can’t even use the Hyatt website seamlessly how do I know my information is safe with this hotel!
I love this place whenever I visit home. I was here almost a year ago, and they treated me really well and helped me out. It’s a great spot for me and my kids when we’re in town—super friendly staff, comfy rooms, and I really like the area. I can take my dog for a walk in the park, and everything about it is just perfect.
World of Hyatt always takes care of me and my family will always recommend to everyone and appreciate how accommodating they are to me they are amazing and we always get treated great thank you guys 👍
I have been trying to book this same room for weeks, including for 3 hours last night, and now that I can today it is 1,000 more expensive… not by my own fault. The website is the same. It makes me rethink wanting to keep my loyalty here.
