On the flight to PHX from MCO. The charging outlets were horrible and the wifi wouldn’t connect during the entire flight. I love AA I hope they can fix.
This app sucks. It crashes when you get rebooked and will not give you your new boarding passes. Attendants are rude and will not help you. PICK A DIFFERENT AIRLINE!!!

Easy to use.
It’s like wading through 700 pages of documents to find the 3…. But good info and boarding passes at the airports .
Useful and easy to use
Love the app.. it makes everything so easy. Checking in. Finding flights. Entertainment. WiFi. It's a must have.
I enjoy using this app. I travel quite a bit for work and everything seems to be right at my fingertips. Not that I don’t like to talk to humans, but when I want to get something accomplished quickly, a change or seat change or something like that, I do not have to wait in line.
This app is not user friendly at all. This is the most tedious app I’ve ever used in my life. 45 minutes to create an account and upload a flight. Waste of my time
The app is very reliable and easy to install and navigate. The check in process is very straightforward and simple.
