Great hotels, great staff and good rates P
Wonder full stays at Hyatt hotels! Make life easier while on the road!
I have been a loyal Hyatt member for years now. I was not made aware that today’s stay had no elevator service. Also, there was a complete hotel renovation going on as well. I could not check in prior to 3pm as was offered on the app. I was also told that they couldn’t tell me what floor that I would be on and I would have to wait to find out. Therefore have to use the stairs with luggage. I am extremely disappointed in this experience. I had to book elsewhere due to this. I will look for another brand to do business with in the future.
Extremely smooth transfer from Chase credit cards
The app is very user friendly and allows me to manage my reservations with ease.
Over the last 25+yrs this hotel brand has consistently exceeded our expectations across their brands.
Click on Account and it freezes. You can’t click on anything else. You have to force quit the app to use the other parts that still work.
Always Hyatt
Hyatt is the best value, whether you pay cash or points or mix of both. The breakfasts are always a great bonus. Staff is always friendly. Even the older Hyatt’s are clean and worth it!
They're very nice
I was having a problem with the app to book a room. So I called the number. And your representative that answered was very hard to understand. Because I speak English, and the other person was doing their best. Which wasn’t that good. After having to have her repeat herself multiple times and when it came to the price of the room, it was higher than what was posted on my app and her response was for me to reboot my Internet because prices changed. At this point, I have had enough and told her goodbye. I look up my member number and was able to book my room at the price that was shown on the app not the higher price. She was trying to charge me. If this happens again, I might have to find me a new favorite hotel.
