Shouldn’t need an app just to get boarding passes
Can’t figur why a company the size of Delta Airlines can’t make an easy to use travel app. This is the worst one. I can book Breeze in a minute. this one doesn’t work.
My mom has this app on her iPhone X. That Phone is up-to-date with version iOS 16.7. However, Delta’s app requires version 17.0 to work properly. They offer you the opportunity to download the most recent compatible version, which we did. And it keeps taking me to the update page but when I click update, it won’t do it. It’s one big circle. Delta needs to fix this! It’s annoying as hell.
Couldn’t login on my app or a website on my desktop computer. I spent an hour on the phone with support. They confirmed the account was not locked. They had me reset the password again. Ya I can reset the password, that’s the first thing I tried. It just wouldn’t let me log in. They had me delete the app and un install. No good. Said that IT would reach out to me. Nobody reached out. My flight is only two hours, and I’ve spent that long just trying to get the mobile app to work.
The widget features for this app don’t display anything. It’s just gray and I have all the location setting set on, but there’s nothing.
It has been a while but our flight was surprisingly convenient. My husband and I since it is our first flight with Delta, would like to appreciate flight crew’s smile and friendliness. Another thing, wow, the leg room is very spacious, well enough for our tired old feet to stretch And enjoy our flight back home. Thank you Delta!
According to Delta ‘Male’ is not a valid gender. And looking at various websites, hundreds of people have this problem but customer service pretends they don’t know it’s a common error and the people who design this app refuse to fix it even though it’s been going on for nearly a year. Fly a different airline.
Just bugs everywhere trying to add seats. You have one flow that lets you upgrade, but the wording on the other flows make it seem like you can upgrade. Then you go add credit card and years cap out at 23….you hate money.
Feeling so bad . Stay in airplane one hour not fly . It’s so bad !
The fact you are forced to download this app in order to add boarding pass to digital wallet is pretty much an evil practice. Like if your app is good people will download it. I had to download it then delete it which is annoying. Might actually never fly delta again because of this malicious practice. The only reason they are top 3 downloaded is because of this garbage. No one would ever download your app otherwise. Probably be #1 most deleted app if you could sort by that.
