This app Is very slow and full of bugs. United needs a better platform
It’s the best airline app in the world!
Although initially it seems, this is a straightforward app on how to see things there are many things are confusing. For me to check in I had to try three or four times to be checked in also my name they’re squishing my first name and my middle initial together. I don’t know if that will cause an issue when I check in at the gate tomorrow. When I initially bought the ticket, I bought it choosing a seat and then it says to me at check in that if I want a seat that I should pay extra money for that seat. That part I found very confusing because when I purchased it, I believed I was already given a seat I chose it so why would it ask me to upgrade and he gave me the impression that that seat was never selected, but it was I selected a seat prior to me paying then at check in it gives me the impression that no seat was ever chosen, and then I have to pay for a seat.

Seems like Update is overload
Pretty good experience overall but a bit buggy with enabling in flight WiFi and scaring me about having to pay bags even with the United credit card. I know now that when I add it corrects the displayed info.
From booking the flights to destinations United airlines efficiency and customer service shows to be the best airline worldwide
Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful
The App is great However your call center sucks. I booked 2 flights for tomorrow and I was changed to 5/31. Once that person checked in YOU lost my flight details. Mae at customer service was useless. She sent me hills details. Craig details but never fixed my flight. I had to contact the local airport to get it fixed. I hour on the phone then with the airport. 31/2 hours later it was fixed. I was so frustrated with your call center. I asked for an American to assist me and was denied
