All references to “Highmark” are references to Highmark Inc., and/or to one or more of its affiliated Blue companies, which are independent licensees of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.

It receiving emails from Highmark
Alysa was fabulous. Very quick helping me solve my problem and made me feel comfortable.
Hard to find what you need. When you do no real answers they don’t provide.
Tells me the app is unavailable immediately after log in, the website is just as bad

This app never works for me and Is ALWAYS “being improved”
Awful app. Support is clueless. Zero stars
Never remembers login credentials, limits what you can do, not intuitive, impossible to upload a receipt. A waste of time!
This app does provide some basic information, but is far from effective overall. There is no “secure message center” even though I was directed to go there. There are no claim forms available for Davis Vision, or even a tab to download a claim forms available for. Someone should take a deeper look at what members are asked to use, before publishing this as an effective servicing option.
