The SimplePractice Client Portal iOS app empowers you to manage care for you or your loved ones from one secure place. Stay connected with your practitioner between appointments from the convenience of your phone. Your personal information is kept private, yet easily accessible for your convenience. Simplify how you access care with features like: • Passwordless login – Securely log into your Client Portal without the hassle of a username or password by setting up a passcode, touch ID, or Face ID for instant access. • Personalized notifications – Get push notifications sent right to your phone regarding any new messages, invoices, or documents that have been sent to you by your practitioner. • Secure messaging – Message your practitioner directly from your phone knowing that all communication is secure and private. • Upcoming appointments and requests – View all your upcoming appointments, and request a new appointment with your practitioner directly from the app. • Digital payments – Add new payment methods to pay your bills including HSA and FSA cards. You can even pay directly from the app. • Digital paperwork – Complete documents and questionnaires related to care on your own time. • Telehealth – Join virtual appointments with your practitioner directly from the app, so you never have to find a link buried in your inbox again. • Appointment directions – Get automatically transferred to your preferred mobile navigation app for easy directions to your practitioner’s office. • Profile switching – Quickly toggle between any Client Portal you’re managing—whether you’re seeing different providers who use SimplePractice for practice management or are managing care for multiple individuals. To access the SimplePractice Client Portal iOS app, you must be invited to use the SimplePractice Client Portal by your practitioner. When you first log into the app, the email you provided to your practitioner will be used to authenticate your Client Portal access. After you’ve signed up, turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or a four-digit passcode for hassle-free login. Please note: what you can see and do within the SimplePractice Client Portal app may vary, and is limited to the specific features your practitioner has enabled for your profile. Holly has been an AMAZING provider with all of my needs. I have had a hard time with all of this but she has been a rock of sorts to help me with distinguishing what is right for my needs and working through my troubles.
The app works well in all its functions. More importantly is the therapist I work with who has been absolutely *amazing*
Email links requested to sign in aren’t working with the text “Looks like you need a new link”. Requesting a new link loops through the same error and flow…so app is literally unusable.
I do like the convenience of the app, but I can’t seem to see the whole message when I am using the messaging system while I type. Minor and somewhat silly- I also can’t seem to delete the conversations.
I’ve always been met with honesty. No matter where I was in my treatment. I’d like to say the clinic and its providers and owners are kind and caring. When you are not doing great they will call you on it too. Accountability is a big thing here which helps in your daily lives as you recover. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling & needs help. <3 have long standing relationships with Kevin and Val. They have even fought a pharmacy on my behalf when discrimination was happening. <3 can’t recommend enough!

Making an appointment on this app is extremely easy and it gives you all the dates and times available. I did not know there was a message portal until a few days ago, and it is privacy protect protected in the best way to contact Andrea Excellent app for an excellent therapist!
My initial experience with the app is wonderful; however with the recent update I’ve been having issues with my account. This issue has been going on for a few months now. I’m no longer able to schedule any appointments and with me trying to delete the app and reinstalling it my profile isn’t available to me. I haven’t changed the email or anything like that yet I’m not able to log back in.
Makes it easy to book appointments, and I appreciate the reminder texts.
It’s a very easy way to schedule and keep track of my appointments.
