Patients can access telehealth and information, and push notifications can keep them up to date on primary medical concerns. Practices with Premium Patient Connect can take advantage of 24-hour online check-in, expediting intake paperwork. It can also help providers treat patients on the go. APPatient Patient Benefits: - Chat allows you to communicate with your healthcare team. - Request prescription refills from your phone. - Access your medical records on the go. APPatient Provider Benefits: - Allows patients to access their healthcare records directly. - Communicate with patients. - Access patient information stored in EMA® from your phone. - Lab and test results can be accessed by patients. - Use your existing Patient Portal username and password to log in. Seems that no testing was done before publishing the app as the initial URL prompt screen does not work no matter what variations of your provided URL you enter.
This app is so bad. I can’t believe they can sell it to doctors. I’ve used it for over a year and every time I get on something else doesn’t work. It’s absolutely ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Entering dates requires endless clicking to go back decades. Who wrote this software AI?
This app is currently down and not working. I think an update is needed
I use the url provided by my doctor. Won’t accept even after removing all the characters it specifies. My doctor’s office could not care less in trying to help get connected, so why should I?
This app is horrible. Can't download, print or email visit notes. Error messages always pop up.
I hate this portal app. It’s excessively ridiculous to try to log into. Most of the time I can’t even get into it so I just give up. Putting all the correct info in gets you errors constantly. Awful app/interface.
I have tried entering the URL code 10 times and the App keeps telling me I’ve put the URL code in wrong. No explanation of what, if anything I am doing wrong. Total frustration!!! 😡
This app seems ok, but only if you have just one provider using it. I have more than one, and you can't toggle between providers. That means I have to constantly find the links from various providers. That sucks.
I spent about 10 minutes trying to reset my password and the screen kept saying “check your info” I had better success on the website but I still can’t log in on the app.
