Easy format to schedule appointment
Appointments save time
I have the app with my account, etc. and I love it! Except just now I wanted to make an appointment using the app and I couldn’t figure out how to do it… your AI was not helpful, and finally I hit the word “locations“ and then everything was intuitive from there, but it was not intuitive finding that
I’ve just spent an hour trying everything. The app says it’s having problems with facial recognition try later. I sign in as a guest and every blood test says I’m sorry we’re having problems. The app is updated had to lie about the blood test because only one choice worked. Could not give the correct birthdate because the wheels kept changing. How the hell does a business work this way? No humans… can’t just walk in an ask because it’s walls and computers… this is the worst ever!! Get your APP FIXED
