First year with UnitedHealth. I'm a Disabled American Veteran who needs constant chiropractic care to have a chance of a quality life. Two months ago UnitedHealth notified my chiropractor they would not be covering my needed chiropractic care, to date they haven't notified me of their decision. My EOB just says pending. Meanwhile I'm paying for my needed care out of pocket. This will probably be my last year with UnitedHealth.
Never got the money on my Ucard
Please put all things we can get on web site! Or let us get off Walmart site

I had a wellness visit with Mei and she was the most supportive informative helpful outgoing beautiful person that I have encountered. She was so helpful and knowledgeable that it made me feel like I really have support from my health care providers. Thanks
Got a letter, called the number on the letter, was given a different number, called that and was transferred, she then gave me another number to call. Hopefully that one works.

I really like my U Card and its rewards. Helps me out tremendously. Thanks UHC
Rewards connections are terrible. Wearables show completed exercises and step counts, but this app hasn’t been able to capture them correctly in over a year. Please either fix it or lower the parameters to receive the rewards. You’re giving people an incentive with no reward. That’s false advertising.
