Additional- I have two messages in my notifications/ messages tab on the bottom of the home page that no matter what I do have not gone away for the past two months. I tried deleting them and reading them but nothing. Old- Every section I click in the app says "This information is not available on the healow app please contact your doctors office" so it does nothing for me but tell me whens my appointment. In the age of mychart etc its hard to see why this info is not available.

Are there any plans to be able to share my info with the apple health app? Like epic does? My old doctors used epic and all my data shared to apple health app. Would be nice if this is something Healow plans on integrating so that all my data past and present could be viewed in one place. I feel like in 2026 this should be the norm. If other health organizations allow me to share my data with myself on my apple device, this should be the standard, the goal of any platform that does not offer this. Feels like this platform is behind the curve by not allowing this. Please catch up. Then this platform would be 100%. Until then, it’s just not finished. Thank you.

I can’t login, I don’t get an offer to reset my password. I don’t get an indication that I have loggedon or tried to logon. The app wants me to select a Provider, my provider is not listed. Do not use this if you hope to get even the most basic info from your account.

I have looked everywhere on the app. I am pretty savvy and to think that somebody who is elderly would have to navigate this is just chilling. I now have two physicians that are unrelated - who use this app and I have one loaded on there -- and there's nowhere I can load on the second provider. I went to the web browser version and same deal. So I asked AI overview on Google how to do it and it couldn't be more vague. There is no such thing as "add provider" or anything close to that. Worthless.

If you can make the app work properly, it’s somewhat useful. Getting it to work properly is an unmitigated PITA! Without question one of the worst performing apps on my phone.

The app constantly freezes. I can’t pull up anything or switch accounts. This also goes for the portal. Awful

I LOVE this app. It is so organized, amazing way to message my doctors, great way to make appointments, and an efficient way to view labs. The only reason why there is not a 5 star is because when messaging my provider, I can’t use Emoji’s. I understand it’s not a huge deal, but in texting you cannot tell someone’s tone of voice. You can when you use emojis. Please add emojis.

This is the way I mostly communicate with my provider and it won’t open. It just spins indefinitely. In this day of no one wanting to return messages, how am I to get ahold of my doctor???

I hate the Healow app almost to the point I would rather switch my doctor than use it. It continually kicks me out of my children’s accounts and now has deactivated them making it impossible to access information. And all I’m told is to call the practice and not actually get help for the app by contacting Healow. Ridiculous.
