Why on earth does this app even exist? You have to buy a day pass through the app just to get access to a hotel that universally already has an app. Why do I need to book on ResortPass to get access to a Bonvoy property? I do not understand this. It adds several layers of cost and friction to what should be a Seamless experience. I already regularly book through Hilton Honors and Bonvoy, but for some reason, I can't simply book a single day without a room through their app. No, you have to download this app. Add $10 in fees, then go physically check in at the front desk. This whole model is broken.
I love using this app for booking day cations .
I saw a hotel day pass for $44 and I wanted to call the hotel to confirm that they accepted this app since it’s a third-party. Two minutes later I come back to the app and the price is now $62.. I said forget it. I’m just gonna look at a different place and then I went back to the app and now it’s $88. Just because I added it to my favorite our resort pass things that they can just increase the price as if I’m going to pay that’s a 50% markup in 5 minutes. Insane
This app makes discovery, planning, discussing with friends etc a NIGHTMARE because the price changes everytime you open the app. Dishonest and tacky. I guess you hate your own customers! Well now I hate you. Well done.

I bought this as a gift for my wife when I was lost as what to get her. It has become our go-to gift. She wants this for every occasion. It’s easy, she loves every minute, and there’s a price for everyone!
