Excelente
Going in circles trying to log in…. Put in my email address and the password that was saved was not working for some reason. Then I had to try to login with Facebook and that didn’t work then I tried to do Face ID etc. etc. what a pain.
This app is easy to use and I am very excited to see and spend my day at the hotels offer on app
Service fees suck!
Let me make a reservation and include my kid but we were denied access

My friend and I are taking a girls trip and couldn’t get a flight earlier than 3:40. We are getting off the cruise ship at 8:30. I had no idea what we were supposed to do to pass the time with all that luggage. Then I found Resortpass! Now we are spending that time enjoying a pool and a room to clean up and get ready for our flight as well as having access to a shuttle to take us to the airport! What a relief!
I love this app soooo much! Especially for holidays. I especially appreciate that the day rooms offer the amenities as well.
PLEASE be aware while booking if you accidentally booked wrong date they will not provide a refund. I’m a mother with 4 kids so I was viewing the app and accidentally booked for the wrong date that I’ll be in town and they will not provide a refund only credits that are very un useful to me.
Excellent way to enjoy a beach day like a king
Why on earth does this app even exist? You have to buy a day pass through the app just to get access to a hotel that universally already has an app. Why do I need to book on ResortPass to get access to a Bonvoy property? I do not understand this. It adds several layers of cost and friction to what should be a Seamless experience. I already regularly book through Hilton Honors and Bonvoy, but for some reason, I can't simply book a single day without a room through their app. No, you have to download this app. Add $10 in fees, then go physically check in at the front desk. This whole model is broken.
I love using this app for booking day cations .
