Public Storage needs to have WiFi service, sometimes the cell service is not very good in my area, especially at the elevator. Also the app should be available on Apple Watch and why the app works with iPad instead the watch is baffling
Notification bubble won’t go away in iOS even after reinstalling the app. Stupid issue that only Public Storage can’t seem to figure out. Fix it!
App is trash, logs you out and won’t let you log back in constantly
Hasn’t worked in 3 days now!
At times I am unable to use the app but able to log in on the computer. It’s inconvenient when I need to open the gate.
Every few days the spinning wheel of death pops up and you have to patiently wait 1-20+ minutes, then reenter your information like it never happened. Frustration. Public storage blames the app
This is one of the worst apps I have ever downloaded and I genuinely pray to never have to use this storage again because of this app. It is very irritating because it always randomly decides to not log you in, saying there is something wrong with my connection, and mind you, I am actively using the same connection to do other things online. It also never lets me log in on any other device aside from the one I used to first create an account which is so stupid. In general, it is a very frustrating app and just because of this, I will never use this storage again!
The unit is fine. Public Storage as a company is scammy. I haven’t even had my unit for 6 months and my rent has almost doubled from $50 to $80. They only offer lower prices to get you in the door and they know moving is a hassle so why not raise it every month since most people won’t be willing/able to move it again!
Would not recognize bank info. Would not recognize password. Screen rendering so poor much of the text, including entry buttons, are cut off or do not appear. When trying to reset password, never once received any email response. No way to reach customer service. New Public Storage customer-will probably look elsewhere if this is the poor quality I can expect.
ITS NEVER WORKING!!! It doesn't open so I can pay my bill so I have to log in Thur the website🙄

I rented in the 1050 long drive Daly City and On 4/17/26 I came to move some of my tools as I was moving only to find out they had broken into my and adjacent units the week before and even repaired them. I was never notified due to my phone number being an old one, however they had my email on file but did not contact me. After speaking to police, my incident was then added to the case assigned to the burglary incident. I then spoke to the manager of the property and also notified me they couldn’t send me an email as it’s an automated system, but they have my address and phone number yet they cannot send me a notification regarding my property being stolen. But they will notify me days before during and after about rent due. Do not rent here, apparently after speaking to employees it’s happened few times in the year (2025)
