The order was cold and hard Not very good

Hard to find some items I know they had at the location, very frustrating when I’m just trying to overpay for a cinnamon roll

I registered for the first time and the site offered me a 4 count minibon offer with any purchase and it wouldn’t add it to my order. Major let down

1. It’s on you to figure out stores that offer its use Guessing 50% stores do not qualify. The “customer is not right “ or appreciated example? 2. The company will not allow you to submit for unauthorized Cinnabon locations. even if you use receipts that you bought a bun , coffee etc . 3. Clumsy app. You need to understand and spend 20 -40 minutes to understand how to use it. Plus complex specials , “if you get this with beverage !”( fine print, that is on of three out of 20). 4. Company doesn’t allow for mistakes if you miss something on the app. They will look for anything to deny you points. Save your time don’t reach out. 5. Locations get order long after you submit. Combine this with little understanding of the app by store personnel… Do you have a disaster? Yes, you can easily add the app. but why add it?

The cashier was very rude

App works.. sometimes. If you want to make an order before hand it’s fast & easy but accessing your rewards and simply opening the app isn’t. I had a rewards for a free bun but couldn’t use it because the app would say “Rewards & Offers Information Is Not Available Right Now”. Restarting the app but still no solution

It is tasty

This app never works. If you sign up for rewards the account does not register. Trying to log in freezes the app. When I receive email offers they never show up in the app. Items that my local store sells, like CinnaPacks, are not available to order. No clue what this app is actually useful for.
