I do not like that it won’t show favorite stores unless the location is on. I get super annoyed by notifications that do not provide info on the topic they’re announcing (like a secret menu alert with no secret menu item linked) and only lead to opening the app without elaborating. So basically it is like a poke. It won’t make me go to Starbucks, only annoy me. Challenges that I’ll never care about are pointless (but bunches of stuff I can’t eat to get points, really??). Also can’t search favorite orders, only leads to regular menu items. Otherwise it helps to get the order going usually before I arrive, allows my elaborate customizations without having to hope the person at register heard me correctly. So that’s all good. 🌞
Wish I could add money back into my bank account. Wish I could add a custom amount of money. Overall easy to use.
Starbucks is the best
This is a good app and I use to eat and drink Starbucks
the app works but there isn’t really that many reward offers so that’s a down side
Love the app wish you could tip using it.
It’s easy, accessible, and user friendly!
Overall has good drinks and food, but when I ordered a caramel macchiato today, I could taste the caramel in chunks. There was a lack of sugar and the caramel was mainly on the top rather than being distributed from top to bottom.
