This is horrible the last 5 times I ordered at 9 pm they and pay for priority they schedule it the driver pushes it back to 11 pm them pushes it to the next day!!!! Not acceptable
Can’t have tacos without the tomato 😭
If I ask for organic, bringing non organic isn't acceptable. Quite a few things were missing with no substitutions at all.
Using the order again feature helps keep my pantry full and stay within budget.
Instant is as nice as retirement is.

I already had Instacart paid for , why asking again to join?
Ive had this app for a couple of months and almost every time I placed an order, it took at least an hr for somebody to accept it and then another 2 hrs for my stuff to be delivered. It’s completely frustrating and inconvenient. I would not recommend this app to anybody that wants to grocery shop and etc.
I like Instacart, but the “help” section needs serious help. If you place an order, hit undo to increase a tip/what have you, you’ll lose the deal you just selected. A $25 order just became $45 without ANY resolution, because I clicked “undo” for a minor change. I did not want the deal to begin with, but it was advertised and a nice touch. I don’t care if there is another way to adjust the tip (afterwards I’m sure), but you need to have better customer service to have issues resolved in a timely manner. You’re dealing with time-sensitive industries. You can’t cancel and there is 0 option for a live rep on the app. Try what I’ve done and see if you can cancel before replying, you’ll see for yourself. Other than that, great app! I’d love to give you a 5 star review, but any business that doesn’t work these crucial customer service avenues in is shady at best.
