whoever is the development company behind this app must be laughing all the way to the bank as they cash fat checks from Mcdonald’s and then outsource development to one incompetent dude overseas. he also hosts the servers, becuase this app is so incredibly slow it almost boggles the mind. every time you have a pick up order or anything critical, the app completely loses track of it glitches out has numerous bugs and is incredibly slow difficult and bad to use. The experience of using this app is one of the worst experiences of my entire life and I regret every single second that I spend using this app. Oh nothing.
Disgusting! I placed an online order on my phone. I waited forever at the restaurant, and in the end, they cancelled my order! Your apologies are completely meaningless—I was hungry, and you just cancelled the order! Absolutely terrible service!
The App no longer works for me, no matter what I do and the people inside are never any help!
Need to add gift card payment option. A lot of people cannot use gift cards while ordering on the app. It’s 2026. Basic app feature for a corporation like McDonalds. Will change review when this is updated.
This app is garbage. I used to only use the app occasionally and somewhat understood when it would make me sign back in occasionally. Well in the past 5 months, I’ve gone to get coffee every morning… the app saved my money and I earned lots of points. Then once again my points get high and the app signs me out again. And this time will not let me sign back in! 3 attempts to get support to help me with nothing!
The app literally keeps glitching says codes been used already then it says that you can’t select something else even when we use the points it does the same thing. I redeem points for free stuff still same issue and it’s frustrated bc what’s the point of getting points if I can’t use them

Takes about 20 minutes to get your order,even when I order on the app.
The place is called McDonald but you don’t have the option of Mac sauce
