Annoying to have to update then relogin while in line or store. Garbage app.

When I tap “Add” to any item it will put the item in a cart that I cannot see and eventually when I try too many times to add something it tells me I cant add any more of that specific item.

My app only worked the first time and has never worked since. It just kicks me out.

No way to cancel order. Charged and will never receive. Absolutely no customer service. Deleting app they can have my $10

Useless app, freezes at store location lookup and bricks consistently

This is by far the worst fast food app ever. Never works, full of login bugs and problems. Been kicked out of my account a million times with no way to log back in for days to weeks at a time, causing the handful of terrible rewards I’ve earned to expire before I can ever claim them. Receipt scanner has never worked for me a single time, I always have to manually key it in. I think an 8th grader could vibe code a better app than this.

I can add things but there’s no way to see my cart. The icon is missing. There’s no way to check out. What a joke. No I’m not going to email support. It’s your job to figure out the issue.

The app is great, I’m just leaving a one star review because their prices keep going up

The app itself works pretty well. The developers did an excellent job. The app is awesome for looking at the menu. But, the rewards you get are pretty minimal, and expire quickly. Also, if you forgot something or want to add something on, you cannot. I’ve tried adding more on upon arrival, and they told me I must go around again to pick up the second app order. One app order per car. With that said, why bother with this app? It’s far better to order in person, if you think of something else you want while on the way, no big deal since you’re ordering there. The only pro is that you don’t have to use their AI to order when using the App. Their AI is laughable and frequently misunderstands items.

Ordered delivery through the app and it never got delivered. I had to go in person to get it after waiting an hour and receiving no confirmation. Zero stars

Used to work great but now fails to submit orders and will charge and later credit your card.
