I’ve used this app for a few years now but for the last month and a half it pops up with an error every time I try to pay. I’ve tried at different Taco Bells, I’ve tried using a different payment method, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, nothing works. It will put a hold on my account for the money that will last several hours. The fact that this has been an ongoing issue and hasn’t been addressed or resolved despite seeing in the reviews here and elsewhere that this is not an isolated problem is concerning.

They wouldn’t let me cancel my order after making me order at the wrong location
The “ADD” button doesn’t give any feedback. Therefore, I am unable to place any orders. I was not using any VPN or such. And yes, my app is updated to the latest version. It also didn’t work on my other device when I just downloaded it.
App wished me Merry Christmas on Feb 12th and told me all stores were closed. Still let me order though. Often switches to the wrong store when placing an order - even when specifically told what store to order from (for pickup).
I love the app Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat I go there very often the workers are always so sweet and kind they work fast I’ve never waited a long amount of time to receive my food the app is wonderful I love it
It says “something went wrong” whenever I try to order something
I tried the luxe value menu in both outlets near me and it says item unavailable.
Get rid of the ai drive thru
This is the second time that I have used this app to try to order something for delivery or pickup. Both options, the app crashed and still charged my account but the items still weren’t ordered. I tried several times until I realised that every time I did it, it charged my account for each one. Do not recommend using this app.
Unfortunately, no matter what option you try to use to submit issues with your order, it does not work. I have tried going into the order and clicking need help to submit missing or incorrect items. The nacho fries don’t load an option to choose and neither do several different combos. I then have clicked another item and hit submit, but it never loads. I then went to need help and contact us and once again after manually entering all the info, the screen never loads.
