Spend $42 on food and the food arrived with such a terrible smell like it’s old or something , doesn’t look like the picture and its burnt completely overcooked DoorDash will give you back $6 I’m going to Uber Eats
No matter what I do nothing is right I order and when I go to the support they don’t give me enough of a refund to even get what I wanted replaced
I tried to use my prepaid card 6 times &’ it failed
I love doordash, very reliable,very good customer service and the best delivery services money csn buy at 3am with a cali clear
Once I get an actual human they work so hard to get me a dasher if it’s been a while and 99.9% of the time they find a dasher to pick up my food. The support is always amazing and super helpful. I’ve had kids that were sick and needed meds and one dasher really went out of his or her way and got me a dasher and my kids meds later at night. Keep up the great service door dash and door dash employees!
I canceled my order two seconds after I submitted it and Doordash still didn’t give me a refund. The Dasher wasn’t even close to the store mind you.
THEY BROUGHT ME FOOD!
I love the convenience of it all but sometimes I hate when I can’t get certain fees off and I pay for dash pass or it has to be a certain amount for me to use my DoorDash pass amenities. As well as most times things will be out of our hands because we are putting it into you alls / your dashers and when a mistake is made I can’t always get a refund or ATLEAST the credits for it . I don’t care how many times we complain ! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO BE RIGHT ! 😌💯
I bought 3 tiny items and they charged me 25 dollars the Original price was post to be 16 but they added tip service fee and delivery fee even tho I did want to give tip or service fee . I hope u get shut down
Late delivery’s and overly expensive fees with having to constantly un click door dash pass so that it doesn’t sign me up. I use this app sparingly. I don’t feel like going broke ordering a pizza.
