I hadn’t used bird in a while. Lime went down for maintenance. So I use bird and I find that the control is better. The brakes are better. The stand is better. The speed was better and I think the app is better. Maybe bird is the word.
For $2 10 min rides what’s not to like woot woot
I’ve had an account for years but I can’t login to the app with my email or Apple. I keep getting an error message”Unknown Error” message. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again but still keep getting the same error message.

Most ridiculous onboarding IX ever. Captured 20 times of my passport and still show can't verify. Total trash app
App has worked well for me in the past but I use it pretty infrequently. Redownload because it was a time I NEEDED it and it wouldn’t let me add or use my payment despite using 4 different cards. Good product but very disappointing app.
It was good
I have paid for a total of at least 8 unlocks and all but one actually functioned correctly from point A to point B - too 4 to get 2.3 miles and even last one died.. never got any refund
Been doing Birds for years. In the last few months it often crashes and doesn’t allow me to cancel rides. Not cool guys. I’m up to date on iOS. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times-still crashes or doesn’t load. Thanks
