Only goes 20mph needs more speed
Vehicles stops on their own, I got charged with broken vehicles three times, more expensive than uber/lyft/waymo and very dangerous. Customer service wouldn’t refund me on my broken vehicles that stops in the middle of the road. Costed me 30 dollars on a 3 mile trip.
They never answer emails. If they overcharge you and you submit a claim, they block you from using their service and never respond to anything. They are horrible!

Didn’t identify any of the bicycles on the map. When I scanned one, it didn’t let me rent it or use it at all. 3 miles from my car.
I had to walk several blocks before I finally found a unit that was working. Six different units before I could finally find one that worked.

We paused the time and was still Charged for using item. We went out to eat and paused it. That is insane !?
Won’t let you end the ride no matter what you do. Took all my money
The app constantly crashes and won’t allow you to end your ride - and will continue to charge you until it max’s out the payment. This has to be an underlaying scam they are running to squeeze their users for every penny
I want my money back! Now! I am so tired of apps that can take money from you and have no reliable system for returning unused funds. The service hasn't been available in my area for several years and I have some dollars on that account that I want back! Apple needs to stop allowing apps that take money with no way to return it. I have followed all the steps and recommendations. I can find on the website for this product and follow them to the letter and no response and no money back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! IT'S BEEN YEARS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! NOW!
