Can’t log into the app. The button does nothing, says there are no Slim restaurants nearby which one is very close. There was nothing wrong with the old app, don’t know why they would redo it and make it more complicated and broken.
The deals in the app have me consistently picking them over Cane’s and going to their store even when I otherwise wouldn’t.
I have always been able to use my account for rewards and to place orders, ever since the app changed to the new one I am unable to login, it says it doesn’t recognize my ID. I was able to use the web browser version for a few days with no issues and now when I try to login through that channel, it makes me try to sign up as a new customer and then it errors out when trying to select the location, please fix this app!
It won’t let me Log back in or send me an email to change my password.
you are requiring customers to download the beta ios 18 to use your app??? It’s a beta version!! I do want to be Apples guinea pig while they figure out their update and you expect your customers do that to use your app?? TERRIBLE decision. Whoever decided this was a good idea is a complete idiot.
I keep getting an error message every time I open this app. Network error: A TLS error caused the secure connection to fail. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it still won’t function, right
New App doesn’t recognize my password. Also can’t reset it. Years worth of points and rewards down the drain. Plus it wants a nickname, but any and all nicknames indicating frustration have been magically taken.
We got logged out of the old app and lost rewards. Tried to log in and it told us to create an account. When we tried to create the account it said the phone number is already in use.
Ever since this new update, nothing works. My account doesn’t show most of the time, my location doesn’t register which then, doesn’t let me order on the app. It’s horrible. Please fix!
Why would you require me to redeem the $4 offer in store if I’m using the app? Redundancy at best, allow me to redeem a discount code at checkout
