Everytime I go in Jerry , terry and Michael have always been so kind quick and amazing they remember what I like who I am and what I prefer to drive. Now a days you don’t see service like this , they deserve a bonus or something as a thanks! Great employees

I had used this Enterprise after my car wreck for 11 weeks and I loved it so much. I went to enterprise car sales and bought a car from them. Best rental car place around in the sweetest people that worked there and I really appreciate that.
When you get a promotion in the email, it’s not easy to find on the app.
I deleted and redownloaded this app several times. It STILL doesn’t work! It loads up, and then I try to scroll up, down, anything. Nothing. So I’ll just use someone else from now on. Just sad.
Love working with Enterprise. Super simple process and always nice to me when I pick my car up. Never use any other rental companies.
Not at this location
Does not show a reservation that someone else (such as a car dealership) made for me. I have to look up my reservation using a confirmation number, Enterprise then sends me a link, and I tap the link. But the link expires after a day or two and I have to repeat this process. Please let the Enterprise app show reservations made by others for me. If that is not possible, please make the link work for much longer. Thanks!
I added the app on my phone and within five minutes saved my car and I’m on the way to pick it up. It was very easy and helpful.
I’ve rented from the N Military Hwy location in Norfolk several times. I always receive outstanding service. Chris Kent has been especially helpful. He’s helped me select the best vehicle to transport my husband out of town for surgery. Even getting in the passenger seat to test out the leg room available. He programmed the GPS for me and explained the various features. He really went above and beyond what I expected. Dustin and ShaQuan are friendly and helpful as well. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers and be sure that you are comfortable with the vehicle's you rent from them. I always choose this location over others that are closer to me because of the courteous way in which I’m treated.
