Great!
Easy way reservation and variety
I had a trip to Orlando and made the pick up in Orlando interested of the airport. Enterprise changed my reservation to the airport on the spot and got me the suv I wanted. Also it was super busy and they did not skip a beat. Thanks Enterprise!!

Rented a midsize suv from enterprise. Upon arriving I saw a woman looking at a mid size suv asking if it was available. She had no reservations. Upon checking in I was told they did not have any suvs other than a full size for 30$ more a day. The woman drove off with the midsize suv I had rented. I asked if my reservation meant anything at all and the clerk said ‘that’s just how it works’. Enterprise has great prices if everything works out. Instead of a midsize SUV at 579$ a week, I was paying 619$ for a tiny Mitsubishi mirage. It’s pretty much a toy.
As an employee, Enterprise is pretty great. As a customer, Enterprise needs improvement!

Everytime I go in Jerry , terry and Michael have always been so kind quick and amazing they remember what I like who I am and what I prefer to drive. Now a days you don’t see service like this , they deserve a bonus or something as a thanks! Great employees
