I love Sweetgreen so much. Imagine how much healthier society would be if this chain was as large as McDonald’s?
Every time you put in an order, they stupidly make you wait like three whole seconds before they actually charge your card. It's incredibly easy to minimize the app and accidentally cancel your own order. Just let me order my food PLEASE
I would like to add a extra base on the app
It borders on evil that I am not allowed to tip the poor and beleaguered employees of my nearby sweetgreen through this app. They also do not have a physical tip jar at the store I frequent so if I were to try to tip them I would have to go through the line and buy a can of soda I don’t want so I can use the tip option on the credit card reader. This is hateful. I also wish the app updated pickup times somewhat when the store is busy instead of insisting it will be a flat 15 minutes regardless of (often insane) store traffic.

Great place for to eat on the go never disappoints
I’ve been going to the Arden location for the past two months and the food is obviously amazing but the staff is even more amazing. Sani, Annie, Mel, Logan & Issac are all consistently amazing! They will forever have my business.
Very convenient for lunch! Love the salads and wraps so much.
Crashes a lot. Order doesn’t go thru. UX is buggy.
