So many bugs. So much time wasted because it rarely ever works properly. The developers should honestly be embarrassed.
Horrible user interface. Just a hodgepodge of nonsense buttons and data in illogical order. Try the KISS principle.
Band wants to promote a gig. Two sentences. Two pictures. Run over 7 days. $50/day budget. I get notice of a $65 charge on day one. Then FB tells me I spent over $700. Can’t find it can’t fix it.
Since i started using meta ads with my team i have reached so much for my start this is ana amazing project and it will help me reach higher levels by the way is making me grow very thankful
No problems at all with the app other than lead forms information from my ads are appearing cluttered, unoptimized for viewing on mobile devices and interaction with the contact information are minimal to none. That’s my major and only issue with the mobile manager
No Dark mode support!!! 1. I can’t disable some campaigns! Just buttons is not tapped! Some glitches every time! Deal breaker. When I enabled campaign it reenables all my adsets, which was selectively enabled/disabled by me before from desktop. Omg this is is really horrible! 2. UI on iPhone 13 looks ugly, all buttons are under the notch! Test your apps in Zoom mode omg! No support iPad’s! Big canvas You should fully adopt this app for iPad 12.9 screen - which supports natively landscape orientation! Currently it’s portrait for iPad pro 12.9, omg, moreover you should use iPad’s large canvas to show more data! 3. Opened settings in accounts - screen just all white not buttons deal breaker.
The template changes frequently and creates unexpected issues. Meta Ad Support knows nothing about Ads or their function. A very frustrating experience.

The app is nice when it works, but now it doesn’t even load, it’s broke. the lead page ever and the lead data takes forever to update.
