I booked a paragliding activity on this app and received a confirmation email from them. But when I actually showed up, the paragliding operator asked if my booking was made through Klook. They then told me the slots were full and canceled my order on the spot. This completely messed up my entire itinerary. Worst app ever!
Easy to use and convenient
This was my go to for all my activities while visiting Japan. So quick and reliable! You wont be sorry
We booked bullet train tickets only to find out we paid double and didn’t even get what was reserved.

Just buy train station. This app is rip off. I bought tickets for a week in advance and literally when I pushed the buy button I realized I picked the wrong date. Tried immediately to cancel / change. Charges $50 either way. Rip off scam. Just buy at train station for less money.

I have used Klook for a couple of years now and all the services I have picked from pocket sims to esims to tours have been great. Prices are unbeatable. Highly recommended app and must have for travel. 100%

KLOOK makes picking tours so easy! I feel like you could do minimal research for a destination you want to visit and once you arrive just open KLOOK and start booking tours. I LOVE IT !!!
