Greyhound: Buy Bus Tickets

I been using greyhound for years and I will never understand why if you paid for the front seat the busses drivers they always say it’s not guaranteed the seat ? I try to contact greyhound plenty times and I never have a response anyone from greyhound please respond

After the surprise announcement that our trip would be delayed 8 hours after the bus driver quit, we then received trip cancelled! After waiting 6 hours!

I could not find a way to enter my need for handicap access during my travels while looking on the website .

Good bus company. Flix bus is not comfortable

We should be able to change our tickets if we need to reschedule without being charged all over again.

I’m just a concerned parent because the mother of my child brought my child to see me in Paducah,Kentucky from from S.C and in the way to the bus station she had to change her pamper so we stopped let me remind you we before I finish that we watch the bus pull out in front of us while we were flashing it to stop and it pulled off 1 minute after departure time oh yeah I’m in my feelings about this because I don’t do this so anyway after we change her pamper and it was stank I punch it the bus post to get there by 3 it get there at 2:56am and pulls off at 3:01am mind you it get there at 3 by the information that they send you so bam now I have to drive to Tennessee Nashville to catch the bus because the lady for customer service took so long to say we need to make it to the next bus stop in order to keep her seat and it would be all right and when we get there, let the damn bus pull off and say they can’t schedule for the next damn bus that leaving 20 minutes later to go to the same as exact place State Atlanta for her to board to get on the next bus to go to Florence with her and our child and the Lady constantly on the phone saying oh I’m sorry you have to do it 15 minutes before when we just talk to you in Paducah Kentucky don’t trust this figure out another way never will we go through this again. Thank you for your time they are a zero with no cons it’s all business that’s why the world is so cold because nobody cares about the next anymore and that’s sad stay safe and be blessed

Customer service is a joke. The app is not accurate. Keeps showing bus is delayed then shows it left on time. When the bus never showed. Customer service tries to blame you first. Won’t offer any compensation despite it being their fault. Three times in a row! Buses not showing up. Or mechanical failure causing my husband to miss the next bus. Bus driver put his hands on my husband when he tried to get his belongings off the bus. And they can get away with horrible treatment because they are the only company!
