bad customer service
I have traveled Greyhound all around this great big country and I am writing a novel about my greyhound adventures

Great service!!!
I’ve taken several trips on Greyhound and every trip has been a problem. Extreme delay of hours, broken down buses on the highway leaving us passengers stranded for hours, and filthy restrooms at the station. NOT OK!!!
Cancellation policy sucks. Tried to cancel and they don’t give money back to your card they give a voucher. And my trip was $36 they tried to give me only 6 dollars back. This sucks
Problem 1) I was told four different busses and had to change queues seven different (was bounced back and fourth between buses and queues a few times). The staff were thoroughly misinformed. It was pure chaos! A couple of times, I was the first person, and then moved to the middle or last when we were given different instructions. I am now sitting on a bus that I was told was correct, then not, then correct, then not, and finally correct again. The queues should be well organized! Problem 2) I paid for my seat and the seat next to me. The driver confirmed my two seats when I boarded. The bus was overbooked, and now I have someone next to me. I am neurodivergent and quite wiggly with the stress. The bus should Not have been overbooked! This is the second time this has happened to me in tree trips. I am beyond frustrated! I unfortunately booked side by side seats for the return trip. I wonder what if that will be the fourth time that the bus is overbooked. I have no difficulty traveling alone when everything goes according to plan even with my disability.

I been using greyhound for years and I will never understand why if you paid for the front seat the busses drivers they always say it’s not guaranteed the seat ? I try to contact greyhound plenty times and I never have a response anyone from greyhound please respond
