I’ve found many amazing deals on Hopper. There are tons of different flight options, and I book most of my trips exclusively through this app now.

As a travel advisor, this is a great resource to monitor flights and price fluctuations. I suggest that all of my clients use it.
I booked a hotel and it was nonrefundable, but my flights had changed from the company and so I asked them if they could honor my hotel and ensure that I was still able to have a hotel. At the end, the customer service representative said he spoke to the other hotel that was located in Spain and they would honor it. When I asked him to send something written, the copper nor the Hotel wants to send something written down. That means if nothing is written down, then I would have been going to another country not knowing whether or not I had a hotel. Be careful because Hopper has no email support. It only does everything verbal. And nothing verbal is concrete.
They scam they don’t even have phone number to call them
I had great experiences on the app
Booked a swim up jr suit , they reserved a garden suit , had to settle with that room the day till we figured it out, Saturday which we still have not resolved days later and 10 plus hours in the lobby and on the phone with customer which they couldn’t directly communicate which is very unreliable and unprofessional when I booked through this company and relied on my one vacation a year And have to deal with so much stress when I should be stress free
Love putting in approx dates to fly and have the Hopper alert me when the price goes up or down and also whether to wait or grab the ticket, it is the BEST!

I like using hopper to decide more than just cheapest ticket but best time to go and where to get the bang out of my credit card points
