I don’t buy any other frozen custard and it’s great on a sensitive digestive system. No problems at all ❤️
Simply the best
Bad customer service. Got my usual concrete small butter pecan. Took one look at it and told girl who gave it to me to please add more pecans. She said they went to the middle. It was all icecream! She literally would not do it today is not birthday even. Will find a new location who does it right and listens to the customer who knows!!!
1) You can’t even order ahead which I’m kinda okay with because the order is finished in seconds from paying. But if I’m getting middle-of-the-road service, I at least expect to have some sort of advantage with having an app. 2) I guess the system is slow because a handful of minutes after signing up, I went to the window to order my custard and when I gave my number it didn’t pull up my profile. Further, they forgot to give me my receipt so now I just lost like $15 worth of points. Idk if I’m gonna keep the app. Seems pointless if I’m only going to use it when I have a sweet impulse.
I went to Andy’s and got icecream and saw that if you get the app, after your first visit, the next visit, you get free small concrete, I was going to go today but never pop up on rewards on the Andy’s app, and I always saw it before

Just Delightful. my favorite place
We used to always use the app. Stopped by at least a couple of times a months. Now, the app is such an issue we go somewhere else. It is extremely frustrating to use since it was updated. Actually, impossible.
App has been updated recently and previous rewards didn’t carry over. Any new rewards require you to use them quickly or they also expire. Can’t order on the app. Not a good program.
