Great custard, great service, very efficient operation, highly recommend ANDY’S!

Not sure if it’s the app of the company as a whole, but it’s terrible. They expect you to eat their ice cream weekly or you lose your points. Now they’ve “updated” their app and any previous points are gone. Half melted ice cream is not great to begin with, but now your money/points mean nothing.

I love the vanilla custard with hot fudge. The perfect-sized treat!

I’m been a very frequent customer at Andy’s Frozen Custard for about 2 years now. There’s been weeks when I stopped for a milkshake, every single day. Add a bit of protein… the macros are actually quite healthy when spaced out or paired with workouts! It’s very refreshing to get FRESH custard after a workout. They tend to be very understanding if something isn’t what you expected. I honestly can’t talk well enough about Andy’s. Staff is always polite, service is always fast, and the product itself is always very high quality. I scanned the QR on Andy’s drive thru menu, installed the app, signed in, and was ready to earn points before I even got to the window! What an amazing place to sit down and relive some bonafide American history! Always a pleasant place to visit throughout the week!

$1.30 for caramel is crazy.

Andy’s is always so fresh and so tasteful. I love that you get to collect the cute cups each time they are giving them out with a special size order and I love that you can get points each time you come by scanning your QR code. Sometimes you get great coupons and deals for being a loyal customer. I love Andy’s!
