Time was quick and staff was friendly

This app is inconsistent at best. First off you have to have the app to do everything at the park which I can understand. However when it doesn’t work for everything it’s required to do what’s the point. In universal studios and island of adventure your app park ticket won’t work to open the ride lockers, you have to find a staff and get a paper slip for them. I understand not wanting people to bring their phones on the rides. However this problem was solved with the facial scans AND NORMAL SIZED lockers in Epic. So maybe an update. However the truly worst thing is the inaccurate ride wait times and opening and closing times of the restaurants. We had multiple of being able to order before and after the restaurant was closed. Most notable was at Spit fyre grill where we were able to place an order for pickup after the venue closed. We placed our order at 8 for pick up for 9 so we could have some food to enjoy on the way out. They accepted the order and it wasn’t till we arrived we were told they closed at 8:30 even though the app told us they closed at 9. The most frustrating part is the team members told us that the other stand is actually open till 9. However, hooligans grog and gruel said in the app it had mobile order but there was never actually an option to do so. This happened to us with the reservations for restaurants too. And for some mobile order spots in island of adventure as well though not as much as epic. It’s safest to go up to a team member and ask for confirmation on things because the app is just not working and after a year of having all these issues I would have hoped to see them fixed but they haven’t and it’s frustrating for customers and team members they don’t deserve the anger and disappointment of customers for something they have no control over.

I need help - not another app.

Lots to do lots of shop, wait lines are long for the good rides but that’s to be expected. Only problem is the price for items. Super overpriced, I know it’s an amusement park but you can get most of these items on Amazon for like 1/2 or 1/3 the price. Mostly just have to walk around shops cause unless you’re ready to spend several hundreds of dollars on 10 items or less, then you can’t buy much.

Decent app, but if I’m required to use a digital version instead of a physical copy of a map. The universal app should have the GPS function.

Update your app. Every time I open it, it never launches. With or without WiFi.

Why is this 18+? Would like to have my teen be able to use app to locate things at the parks.

I went to Epic, Park is spectacular, but Restaurants aren’t. People have to make a line to enter and then the food is not acceptable for the price. Burger in Toat Stoole Cafe are not worthy. Decoration is nice. Tables are too close and exit is right next to beverage. It seems it was badly space distributed. They have to improve the way people can order and enter. It’s better with reservations
