Very comfortable easy travel

Extremely disappointed with the service experience I had. As someone who is completely new to the country, I found myself stranded in the middle of the night due to an issue with my booking. What made the situation far worse was the complete lack of customer support when I needed help the most. I simply needed the driver’s contact number to coordinate and resolve the situation. However, this basic information was not provided anywhere. I searched the app, website, and booking details but could not find any way to contact the driver directly. Even more concerning, there was no readily available customer care phone number, no emergency support line, and no responsive email channel that I could use to seek assistance. At a time when customers are vulnerable and relying on your service, having no practical support mechanism is unacceptable. As a foreigner in an unfamiliar country, dealing with this situation alone in the middle of the night was stressful, frustrating, and frankly quite frightening. A service provider should understand that not every customer is a local resident who knows how to navigate unexpected problems. Fortunately, I eventually managed to resolve the situation on my own, but that does not change the fact that I was left without any support when I needed it most. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer support process, especially by: • Providing driver contact details when appropriate • Offering a 24/7 customer support phone number • Maintaining a responsive emergency help channel • Ensuring customers are not left stranded without assistance No customer should have to go through this experience, especially when traveling alone in a foreign country.

I’m in a hurry so I use this app instead of a bus. Unfortunately, it’s designed to manipulate customers into paying more money. The rate constantly changes, and naturally you’ll pick a more favorable rate. But wait! Would you like to pay four pounds more for priority? This is two pounds more than the original quoted priority price. I ended up canceling, walking down the street, and selecting a priority rate more similar to the original quote. I get matched with a driver, who after a few moments vanishes. Now I get a pop-up. How about paying six pounds more, as demand is high? It’s so dystopian to wait twenty minutes and pay 16 pounds. Then the app has confused Kew Gardens train station with Kew Gardens and it’s impossible to change. I talk the driver into letting me out early as he is unable to correct the course. I wish we had proper taxis that were billed in a predictable way, and I wish this app weren’t designed to squeeze cash out of customers, and give drivers no freedom to make adjustments.

Unbelievable. Bolt “confirmed” my reservation to Heathrow three days before my flight. Kept in touch, then 60 and 30 minutes prior to pick up, told me to “get ready.” Then said it had found a driver and even gave me his name. Then at the appointed time, the message was “looking for a driver.” Then 15 minutes AFTER the appointed time, Bolt cancelled, saying it couldn’t locate a driver. On a trip to the airport. So there I am, on the sidewalk with my luggage. No car. Thank heavens for Uber. As for Bolt, never, ever again. (Plus, “customer service” is AI.)

Requesting a way to give tips to those drivers who really earn it. Sometimes stars and comments are not enough.

Quick service, very reliable with reasonable charges

We scheduled a ride two days in advance to get from central Paris to CDG. The driver was 5 minutes late beyond the window and then refused to take us saying we had too much luggage. Late getting to CDG causing us to miss our opportunity to deal with VAT refund costing us more than 1k euro. Should have stuck with Uber.

Slow drivers, no support, wrong timing. Avoid this stupid app

We love Bolt for helping us get to where we want to be. The drivers are friendly and on time. Best way to travel in Romania and other countries in Europe.
