So user friendly and everything you need to book a trip
The app is very slow compared to Expedia or others and sometimes it doesn’t show the search results and loading for over a minute
I never give app reviews. This app is slow, bad UIUX, glitches, and it’s difficult to use.
I just started using the service. I’ve already had trouble choosing seats. I paid to choose seats and canceled. I had to call Customerservice and the seat wound up being more. I cannot clear the history of my searches. The website does not list all of the available airline options. I’m still getting used to the app because it is not as user-friendly as one would hope.
Easy to book and very good prices definitely I will be using capital one travel for all my trips. 10+
Super simple to book what you need!!
Tried creating a reservation which gave an error but still charged me. Got another reservation, but when I got to the hotel they didn’t recognize my reservation. Spent an hour on the phone with Capital one at 1am trying to figure out how to fix the problem. They said there was no availability anywhere nearby, but when I checked any other travel app, there was plenty.
Easy to navigate and book using points.
With my toddler in my lap and my dog running amuck around us I could book my hotel in ~5mins. Thank you for making the options easy to use!
I like this option, little bit of better price😊
Search is awful. You can’t see ranges of dates, and if you set some preferences (e.g., number of stops) that gets deleted if you change the date. In addition, it is so slow! Takes more than 1 min to display a simple flight search while other search engines do it in 5-10 seconds. This is as useless as it can be.
Idk if it’s just me but I went to book a trip for a bundle flight and hotel stay and it let me pick the dates the hotel and the room and when it got to the page to pick the flight it was blank with no option to move forward only could go back and it kept going back to the page to pick the room. So I couldn’t even use it for the 5% cash back
