App not working not letting me book a fly for more that a week frustrating

You need to provide a way to turn off notifications that are promotions and ads and only allow flight notifications.

My experience with Volaris was extremely disappointing from start to finish. There was very little communication or clear instruction provided, which made the entire process stressful and confusing. We were charged additional fees that did not seem justified, and when we questioned the charges and showed proof of our luggage measurements, staff were dismissive and unhelpful. At one point, we were even threatened with having our luggage removed simply because we addressed the overcharge. The customer service throughout the airport was rude, and it often felt like passengers were being treated unfairly rather than assisted. Unfortunately, the poor experience continued on the plane. When passengers asked for something, the flight attendants often made them feel uncomfortable or like they were a burden for simply requesting assistance. Volaris has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to communication, customer service, and treating passengers with respect. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way toward creating a much better travel experience.

Volaris no me deja hacer check-in, a huevo tengo que descargar una app. ¿Por qué carajo tienen que hacer algo simple tan complicado? Mi celular no me permite descargar la app porque no tengo una contraseña ahora estoy a punto de perder mi vuelo o que lo sobre vendan solo porque a Volaris se le ocurrió esta mamada. Ya estoy haciendo mi queja con la PROFECO.

1 star for forcing check in on the app and forcing camera permissions instead of just letting me type in my details. App also runs slow.

They undercut oppositon airlines by charging you fees at check in. Cheaper initial cost draws you in, but then they upcharge at check in. Flying from orlando to mexico for the 100th time, and never had any other fees outside of the ticket. First time flying with Volaris, they charged us $52 per person for “mexican non resident fee” and $160 per person for carry on. Deliberate anti consumer practices to trick you into choosing their airline over transparent airlines.

Does not work, stays on loading screen when trying to search for destinations. This app ALWAYS has problems

Actually the worst app experience of my entire life. Not even exaggerating. Check-In was impossible a US Citizen. Would give this 0 stars if I could

Website is terrible for checking in, for making changes to flights, you can never reach a real person, chat bots are useless. I’m sure it’s all on purpose so this corrupt company can charge more in person at the airport

The app continues to fail constantly and the only way to do check in is through the app.
