The app is great easy to navigate. It would be better if you could future cruise search as well. Although no complaints.
Ez to use
This app is the WORST. Trying to book appointments on the app that say they are available and when I add to cart they disappear. Then when they do finally go in the cart I have to manually enter all credit card and address information- it refuses to save and then says the payment failed- there is nothing wrong with the payment. I hate this app and I’m concerned about what the cruise experience will be like as a result.

This app needs some work. There is no way to actually print documents from the app. It does not connect nor recognize my printer using my iPad. You can hit print where it says print, but nothing happens. The only way to print boarding passes and luggage tags was to go the website on the internet and sign in. Fix the app, or at least direct people to website for printing documents.
The cruise was everything we expected! The staff on the ship were kind and attentive. The entertainment was great and the daily activities were fun. If you’re bored on this ship, it’s your own fault. We will be back NCL
You know the issue please fix it
We absolutely love cruising with Norwegian Cruise Lines. The food is phenomenal. The shows are very professional and the staff is amazing ! Can’t wait to come back!
Sailing and seeing shows is spectacular
This app is useless garbage. While attempting to purchase excursions for my upcoming cruise, I got an error message that the transaction could not be processed, however I can see the charge did go through on my credit card. Now I can’t get my plans to load at all in the app. I’ve tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing works. Now I have no idea if I actually have excursions booked or not. What a hassle.
