Saily - 간편하고 안전한 여행용 eSIM 앱

Traveled to Germany with this thing. East and West and in major cities like Berlin. Barely gave me service at all. Wish I could get my money back.

I was traveling to Turks and Caicos on a cruise. I installed the eSIM to my iPhone before traveling. When I arrived to the islands, nothing worked. I turned off my other SIMs, and enabled the Saily eSIM and it did nothing. Will never waste my money with this again.

I had never used an eSIM before and was a little nervous but it worked without any issues. I just downloaded for Peru… leaving in the morning!!

Affordable, secure, and easy to install

This app worked for 1 day and then stopped working. When I reached out to customer service they figured out that they don’t have service in my area. I asked for a refund since they didn’t have the capability to provide the service they sold me and they refused after many requests. I have another friend who experienced the same thing. Don’t waste your time or money with this app!

Stay away from this app. I downloaded it and paid for the premium plan only to find out while installing that it says it was “not compatible”. No refund allowed and no help given.

Was not worth it I have att and I couldn’t install it being in Mexico DO NOT RECOMMEND

I could see texts and iMessages but I could not reply or send any.

The data apparently was used but I barely had signal during my trip. They would not provide a refund also and would give a BS explanation. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Spent the money to get unlimited and could not send pictures. Messages would send only half the time. Kind of a waste, should’ve just waited to get on WiFi.

Saily eSIM worked great for us when we were in France. The only problem was that we forgot to indicate we would also be crossing the border in to Switzerland. We couldn’t understand why the app stopped working. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Be sure, if you’ll be traveling across multiple borders to order coverage for those nations too! Now we know for next time!

Connection in Lausanne was extremely poor. I spent a day traveling blind between Lausanne and Geneva, unable to find my way to a restaurant for lunch. Even in Geneva reception was eratic, unreliable, and with connection it would take 5 or more minutes to load a page when I needed direction. The screen showed three bars for data and “LTE”. It was a 10G, 15 day contract, and after three days I used only 4.7 percent of the deal with aggravation. I did a lot of texting which went when I had reception. I bought a Swisscom plan out of frustration. It may be $10 more than Sally, but 300 times faster and unlimited data. Sally knows who I am as I just got off a conversation with them. They declined any refund. My advice: they only counted the hundreds of 5 star reviews but not the thousands of 1 star reviews. Buy Swisscom at major train stations or the airports. Much better deal for what one pays, i.e., phone line, photos, and unlimited data.
