Totally buggy app ask you for the same thing over and over, supposedly allows you to take a picture of your passport, but the button doesn’t work and you have to put it in manually and then you have to do it over and over again, it’s all Trash. I want to not use the app and make them pay to have their employees do it for me as punishment to the company!
I want to like this APP, however it’s impossible add and edit a companions payment information. I’ve been trying for an hour. There is no way to edit the companions information.
As a software engineer myself, your devs team needs better engineers. The app is riddled with bugs and performance issues. I don’t even know where to begin. It tells you for example you need to connect to their wifi even when you are, just to browse about anything. The reservation system is unusable. Just make another app. This one sucks big time
Generally I don’t write reviews but this is so bad app. On browser you say use app for check-in document and on app your app keep throwing error. Either allow easy browser experience or make your app better.
Just a few days ago, the app had a list of travel documents you can use to check in but now it only brings up passports which is making me nervous because I only have my birth certificate and drivers license which was okay to use before but won’t let me this time.
Only download this app if you want to have a bad time on your cruise
I love all the new changes in the update. Very user friendly!
After “registration “, the app always acts like it doesn’t know me and continues to ask the same login/registration info despite the account being set up AND having already booked a cruise. The only thing is does is take me to the BOOKING screen, and even if I get to an entry of my confirmation booking code., it refuses to do anything other than “re registration “ I even deleted the app and reinstalled and the same issue occurs. IT DOES NOTHING!!! I’m a 70+ night cruiser on RCL and that site WORKS. My first Princess cruise (and probably last after this fiasco) in 25 years since a prior Vancouver run
Awful to navigate and keeps kicking me out of the app
Tried to access anything in the app and it’s saying Can’t load content! Can’t look at anything but the first page and what cruises we have planned. Bugs aren’t fixed!
