I’ve entered three different codes all incorrect
Annoyed. Waiting weeks for a response. Paid Insurance for my ticket in case I needed a refund. And I wasn’t protected, and was denied a refund. -1 star
Can’t use app because the codes they send to verify account don’t work when typed into app. Typed 5 different codes sent 5 different times. Ridiculous waste of time
Will not let me set up.
I can't believe the number of "documents" I have to submit to get a refund. What a scam!
You can only cancel your policy is you are 15 days out from purchase.
I’ve not had to use their service but it gives me peace of mind knowing that someone has my back while I’m out and about. And their app is super easy to use!
I’ve been unsuccessful signing into Allianz app. Tried multiple times and continues to fail. App doesn’t explain why so not sure what I need to do differently.
