Allegiant

I truly don’t understand how allegiant has let this into the public. When I try to sign into my account it takes me to a safari tab. I sign in there and it doesn’t take me back to the app. I go back to the app manually and I get stuck in an infinite error loop. I am never flying Allegiant again just because this app sucks.

Constantly logging you out

Allegiant airline is the only airlines that I use on a regular basis, but whatever they did in this new update to the app. It will not allow me to select any flights.

If you enjoy being frustrated by a poorly designed app, Allegiant’s mobile app is at the top of the list. As a frequent professional traveler who uses many other carriers without any issues, I expected a simple login so I could check in for a flight tomorrow. Instead, I’m stuck in a maddening endless login loop between the app and their website. I have a valid email address (which is also my username) and password, yet every attempt fails with an error code and no helpful guidance. Basic check-in. the main reason most people need the app, is an epic fail here. No other airline I fly with has this problem. Allegiant, please fix this login loop immediately. Travelers shouldn’t have to fight your app just to access their booking the day before a flight.

Recently boarding pass feature stopped working have deleted and reloaded app no go When’s this going to be fixed My phone is apple

Reviewing this app to warn people about this airline. I get that it’s cheap. But the trade off is horrible delays and canceled flights. If you can handle that and just need to save the money, go for it. But if you are with a family and massive delays and canceled flights will ruin a trip, honestly it’s not worth flying Allegiant. I have been on about 8 flights and have had my top 5 worst travel experiences on Allegiant.

There’s a break down in functionality. If there’s round trip and you want to add a bag only on 1 of the flights, you can’t do that . On first flight it always wants to buy bags both ways. And on return flight you can’t add an additional bag. Leaving money on the table.

What a buggy app. I couldn’t add a credit card. I didn’t get an email confirming my trip. It won’t let me update my profile. Really???

Un vuelo para salir a las 9:12 pm hacia Fl ,,, Viernes 19 /26... fue cancelado 3 veces ,, a las 2:50 am del 20/26 nos dicen que fue cancelado debido a que una de las azafatas estaba cansada y no podian dar el viaje por esa razon ,, cuando nosotros tambien estabamos cansado de tanto esperar, niños pequeños inquietos , niños mas grandesitos con semtimiemtos🥹 porque ya se querian ir con sueño etc etc , personas mayores com impedimentos 🥹,, los pospusieron para el dia de hoy a las 3:30 pm .....Les recomiendo a los que me leean , NO VIAJEN POR ESTA LINEA LAMENTABLEMENTE NO SIRVEN ..... NO ME VUELVEN A COJER ! DIOS LOS BENDIIGA! 🙏🏼🙌🏼✨🥺

It opens a browser and puts you in a log in loop that doesn’t end. Slightly worse than the airline itself.

Awful app, doesn’t even function as an app because trying to log in just opens up your phone browser. Error messages on every page even after updating and using it on different phones. Impossible to get a boarding pass on.

It continually switches back and forth from web based to app. Nothing is intuitive.
