Available features will vary and are dependent upon your company's plan options. EMPLOYERS Touch ID and Face ID authentication Submit payroll - Enter, review, and submit on the go. - Resume payrolls started on your tablet or desktop. Access vital information - All reports, including payroll reports and cash requirements. - Employee check stubs and tax documents. - Employee profiles, compensation, taxes, deductions, and time-off balances. - Retirement plan balances, participation rates, and employee eligibility. - Health and benefits carrier information and member guides. - Health and benefits employee enrollment and election information. I have had to have a code to sign in SIX TIMES today!!! Absolutely worthless app.
I can no longer click in or out because after you dating, I no longer have a visible dashboard.
Avoid at all costs. Don’t do business with this company. They will hit you with charges out of the blue for “Missing Local ID Number Fee” and “Missing State ID Number Fee.” Then when you go to get the money back, they don’t reimburse you. They also don’t tell you how to fix these issues or identify them before you get charged for them. They have charged us nearly $1,000 this year alone is unnecessary hidden fees and charges. We switched to Gusto. Don’t let them know you are switching until you finish onboarding with a new company, so you can avoid any complications getting your data (YES YOUR DATA) out of their database. We will never, and I mean NEVER do business with this company ever again. Their 4.8/5.0 rating on the App Store is a joke. It should be 0.1/5.0 or a negative number.
I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star, that is way to good. This app does not work most of the time. I need to uninstall this about every 2 weeks so it might work for a few days.
I have two jobs.. this app makes it extremely easy to swap back and forth. Not only that, but accessing documents is a click away! Printing from the app is easy as can be, you can download if you need to and it only takes seconds. 10/10 would recommend as a user!!!!!!!!!!!
Glitchy, slow, i hate that im forced to use this app. Fix it!
Missed punches, incorrect timestamps and unintelligent app design left us worse off than using paper. Now we’ve got to make daily adjustments for almost every employee because the time and attendance system doesn’t work consistently.

Paychecks are late and they will blame the state I was supposed to get paid last Friday and I still haven’t seen my paycheck this has happened 3 times already and after you get your paycheck a few days later than u get your paystub after your paycheck this is app is a joke and messed up
This app is not user friendly . In fact it’s one of the worst pay apps I have used. The password thing was giving me issues I had to redo that several times . Then I don’t see a sign in button anywhere unless I resign up and then it tells me in use that’s the only way I can find the log in then I login in and it’s a blank page … horrible app
It will not let me see any of my pay stubs. It also says to download it and I have tried but I still can not access my paystub!!
