The Paychex Flex app can be used by previously registered Paychex Flex (paychexflex.com) users. Paychex Flex keeps employers and employees connected to the most vital payroll and benefits features. Available features will vary and are dependent upon your company's plan options. EMPLOYERS Touch ID and Face ID authentication Submit payroll - Enter, review, and submit on the go. - Resume payrolls started on your tablet or desktop. Access vital information - All reports, including payroll reports and cash requirements. - Employee check stubs and tax documents. - Employee profiles, compensation, taxes, deductions, and time-off balances. - Retirement plan balances, participation rates, and employee eligibility. - Health and benefits carrier information and member guides. - Health and benefits employee enrollment and election information. Glitchy and frequently crashes. Frustrating to use.
Excellent
So slow to open and requires login or Face ID with every open. I’m just trying to clock in for my shift on my phone. Why does that require three modes of verification? UI is ugly and unintuitive. I hate this app.
Super complicated. Haven’t been able to get it set up or get ahold of someone to help with the IT issue for 3 days. I’m very frustrated because I can’t access my check and money that I earned. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
I used to clock in and out and check my timeline with ease, but not the app is not working properly anymore and is lagging/freezing very often. My phone is up to date and the app is up to date but still freezes EVERY SINGLE DAY AND TIME I open it.
Never loads. Constantly wasting my time trying to clock in or out. Garbage app do not use .
The app is always slow or just straight up doesn’t work. Since the most recent update I can’t even view my paystubs it forces you to download in order to view.
Avoid using them at all cost ! We moved our business to another provider and saved thousands , Paychex workers comp is the worst and most incompetent bunch of people. They just don’t care. Save yourself the pain I went through and don’t even consider them. I can’t stress this enough .
Es la aplicación más lenta sobre pago de nómina es muy lenta cuando quiere abrir un talonario o abrir una pestaña debe esperar hasta más de minutos y eso que tengo la última versión y uso IPhone
