Ease of booking’s
It is horrible user experience. Fire the guy who greenlit this. I just want to manually swipe through photos.
When you have an issue with a tour, and request a partial refund, Viator, as the facilitator, not the company hosting the tour, sends the complaint to the actual vendor to approve or disapprove a refund. My vendor of a Vatican tour obviously did not approve the refund nor did they authorize the publishing of my comment.
Really helps me out when I’m on any trip. Gives me the best activities depending on what the vibe is, doesn’t matter the location. Has helped me on family trips or even just trips with my friend. Amazing app, highly recommended, especially with the prices and the gift rewards!!!
We were booked for Pearl Harbor tour that picks up at airport. Charged $15 more to pickup at airport. Tour went good except after touring Missouri driver said if we went on rest of tour couldn’t get us back to airport in time for flight. So we spent 4 1/2 hours sitting in airport. Very disappointed.
Been using exclusively Viator since 2019 for touring globally and I’ve not been disappointed yet
Used Viator for booking tours in several countries. Always good.
Easy to navigate and easy to use
Very good
Viator was unable to change our credit card number and when we tried to rebook, the tour was full and we were unable to do a tour we most wanted to see. Very poor service
