One of worst staff across all airlines. Forced me to unnecessarily check in my cabin baggage even when there was plenty of space of on the airplane
Suddenly every time I purchase a ticket I have to entire ALL my credit card info, including address that does not auto populate. At the end of the transaction it asks if you want to save the card for future use, but it never does. Next time I buy a ticket it asks me to add a card even though there is one saved in my wallet.
The app does not tell you the date of your arrival which is very confusing when you have to make Car in hotel reservations and you’re crossing many time zones and the dateline. Otherwise seems to work OK
I downloaded the mobile app because it has become literally impossible to use Delta’s website on my laptop (VPN on = the whole site bricks me out with “access denied”, VPN off = I reach the home page, but every search immediately pulls error codes and kicks me straight back to the home page). I have tried multiple times, and several days apart. The app doesn’t work either (don’t ask me what “online bookings require an advance purchase means”) so I guess I will be forced to find another airline to book with. Thanks anyway Delta.

literally wouldnt let me log onto the app WHEN I LANDED IN ANOTHER STATE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IM SUPPOSED TO GO
Once again a Delta “ cluster” NO BAGS! At least 1000 people waiting here this afternoon! No announcement by Delta to tell you what’s happening….. terrible service!
Spent 10 minutes trying to make an account. Then i needed a unique username?? Whats the point of the email. Then my password can’t have @ symbol??? What? Because you use sql in your passwords? This is stupid. Then i finally abliged all and got “error cannot create your account at this time.” Then exitting removed all saved progress. So thanks I cant make an account. Stupid design.
Very unusable and crashes frequently

They deleted the Concur functionality from the app. Please bring this back!
Non-responsive. Frequent backtracking. Navigation on home page cluttered with adverts, unclear where to go. Could not get the app to put boarding pass into wallet, first few tries my confirmation boarding pass never showed up (20 hours before my flight) When it did finally show up 18 hours prior would not go into the wallet, after several attempts. Had to finally get a live Delta Rep to obtain what I needed.
